Foundational knowledge in nutrition science: Our program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in the principles of nutrition science. You will learn about macronutrients, micronutrients, their functions in the body, and the role of nutrition in growth, development, and overall health. You will explore the relationship between nutrition and various physiological processes, as well as the impact of nutrition on disease prevention and management.
Understanding dietary patterns and behavior: We delve into the study of dietary patterns and behavior, exploring the factors that influence food choices and eating behaviors.
